Standard iPhone versions use a fitted shell with MagSafe magnets. The Duo version is a folding folio with a front cover and an interior card pocket; it is not a MagSafe case.

Is this genuine Alcantara?
Yes. MagCase Alcantara is made with genuine Italian Alcantara®. Alcantara is a man-made microfiber material with a soft, tactile surface.
Does it work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
The standard iPhone versions, including iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, have built-in magnets for compatible MagSafe chargers and accessories. Remove wallets and cards before wireless charging. Charging speed depends on your phone, charger and power adapter.
The iPhone Duo version is a folio case without MagSafe support.
How do I keep the fabric looking its best?
Remove the phone first. Lift everyday dust with a soft brush or clean, dry cloth. For a light mark, gently wipe with a slightly damp white cloth, then let the case air-dry completely. Avoid soaking, bleach, solvents, aggressive scrubbing and direct heat.
Will the surface change with use?
A soft fabric surface can show changes in its nap where it is handled most. Gentle brushing can help lift the fibers and remove surface dust. Regular light care helps preserve its appearance.
Will it fit my exact iPhone?
Choose the exact model in the selector. Each version has its own camera opening, button layout and port access. Check Settings → General → About → Model Name on your phone; a case for another iPhone model may not fit.
Does it protect the camera?
The raised camera surround helps keep the camera area from resting directly on a flat surface. Use a separate screen protector if you want additional protection for the display.
Is a magnetic wallet included?
A separate magnetic wallet is not included. The Duo folio has an integrated card pocket. Your purchase includes one case; the phone, charger, cards and other accessories shown are not included.
How is the Duo version different?
The iPhone Duo version has a folding front cover, a built-in card pocket and a camera opening shaped for Duo. Its open side gives access to the phone controls. It is available in Charcoal Gray, Mist Gray, Deep Blue and Cosmic Orange, and does not support MagSafe.
How to use
- Check your exact iPhone model before choosing a case.
- Place your phone into the matching case and gently seat each corner.
- Check that the camera opening, buttons and charging port align.
- For standard iPhone versions, attach a compatible MagSafe charger or accessory to the back. Remove wallets and cards before wireless charging.
- For Duo, open the folio cover before unfolding your phone. Keep the fold and controls clear, and close the cover for carrying.
