Is this genuine Alcantara?
Yes. MagCase Alcantara is made with genuine Italian Alcantara®. Alcantara is a man-made microfiber material with a soft, tactile surface.
Does it work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
Yes. The built-in magnetic ring aligns with compatible MagSafe chargers and accessories, and you can wirelessly charge a compatible iPhone through the case. Remove wallets and cards before charging. Charging speed depends on your phone, charger and power adapter.
How do I keep the fabric looking its best?
Remove the phone first. Lift everyday dust with a soft brush or clean, dry cloth. For a light mark, gently wipe with a slightly damp white cloth, then let the case air-dry completely. Avoid soaking, bleach, solvents, aggressive scrubbing and direct heat.
Will the surface change with use?
A soft fabric surface can show changes in its nap where it is handled most. Gentle brushing can help lift the fibers and remove surface dust. Regular light care helps preserve its appearance.
Will it fit my exact iPhone?
Choose the exact model in the selector. Each version has its own camera opening, button layout and port access. Check Settings → General → About → Model Name on your phone; a case for another iPhone model may not fit.
Does it protect the camera?
The raised camera surround helps keep the camera area from resting directly on a flat surface. Use a separate screen protector if you want additional protection for the display.
Is a magnetic wallet included?
No. Your purchase includes one case. Any phone, charger, wallet or other accessory shown in the images is sold separately.
Can I order the iPhone 18 version?
iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max options are currently unavailable to order while final fit and availability are being confirmed.
